Founder Behind YOUTH THRIVE ACADEMY

I started Youth Thrive Academy because I believe every young person deserves more than traditional academics—they deserve real-world tools to help them thrive in life. My goal is to equip middle and high school students with the skills I wish I had learned earlier: how to lead with confidence, manage money wisely, communicate effectively, and think like an entrepreneur.

With over 12 years of experience as a product leader—building tech solutions at companies like Tesla and Blume Global—I’ve seen firsthand how valuable these foundational skills are in any career path. Now, as I pursue my MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, I’m combining everything I’ve learned as a leader, a mom, and a lifelong learner to create something meaningful for the next generation.

At Youth Thrive Academy, our workshops are practical, empowering, and fun. Whether it’s pitching an idea, setting financial goals, or learning to bounce back from failure, I want students to walk away with not just knowledge—but confidence and clarity about who they are and what they’re capable of.
